Cottage is 3 miles from Wadebridge, 2 miles from the beach and
sailing resort of Rock, 2 miles from Daymer Bay and 2.5 miles
from the surfing beach of Polzeath.
The
open plan downstairs is furnished with two leather settees, TV & video,
dining suit that seats 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen
including large fridge/freezer, microwave,
washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 hob stove and electric oven.

Master double bedroom, large twin bedroom and
smaller bunk bed room which has an extra mattress for a seventh
person if required. Duvets and pillows are provided. You will need
to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.
